Interglobal has successfully hosted the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) for the final handover inspection of the Lot XII, Maitama Roads Rehabilitation Project, marking the completion of the mandatory 12-month post-construction evaluation period.

Representing Interglobal were Mr. Colm Doyle, Engr. Stanley, and Mr. Wasiu, who received the FCDA inspection delegation led by Engr. Ali, Chairman of the Inspection Committee.

The FCDA team conducted a comprehensive site assessment to verify that all works under Lot XII have maintained the expected standards of quality, safety, and durability since project completion. The inspection covered several key roads within the Maitama district, including Osumenyi Rivers Close, Yobe Street, Chalawa Crescent, Zuma Close, Aso Drive, Udi Hills, and other adjoining routes.

During the exercise, Engr. Ali and members of the inspection committee commended Interglobal for the exceptional workmanship and adherence to FCDA’s quality benchmarks. He expressed particular satisfaction with the smoothness, drainage performance, and overall structural integrity of the completed roads.

Concluding the visit, Engr. Ali reaffirmed FCDA’s confidence in Interglobal’s technical capacity and project delivery standards, noting that the agency looks forward to continued collaboration on future infrastructure projects across the Federal Capital Territory.
